TitleShield Circle — Community Guidelines

Standards for a respectful, productive, and trustworthy community.

TitleShield Circle is a community of people who are serious about property co-ownership — co-owners, prospective co-owners, property professionals, and people exploring structured property ownership for the first time. The quality of this community depends on everyone in it. These guidelines define how we treat each other and what we stand for.

1. What TitleShield Circle Is For

  • Asking questions about property co-ownership, SPV governance, and TitleShield's processes
  • Sharing experiences and insights about Nigerian property markets
  • Discussing co-ownership structures, due diligence, governance, and legal frameworks
  • Introducing yourself and connecting with other community members
  • Flagging concerns about the platform (use the appropriate channel — serious concerns go to hello@titleshieldpro.com)

2. What Is Not Allowed

Financial solicitation

Do not promote investment products, financial schemes, lending services, or any financial solicitation in the community. This includes promoting your own property listings, investment opportunities, or asking members to transfer money to you in any form. TitleShield Circle is not a marketplace.

False or misleading information

Do not share false information about properties, legal processes, TitleShield's operations, or Nigerian property law. Inaccurate information in a co-ownership community causes real financial harm. If you are not certain, ask — do not speculate as fact.

Spam and irrelevant content

Do not post repetitive content, unsolicited advertising, or content unrelated to property co-ownership and TitleShield's community purpose.

Disrespectful conduct

Do not post content that is offensive, discriminatory, threatening, or abusive. Disagreements are fine. Personal attacks are not. This applies to posts, replies, and direct messages.

Impersonation

Do not impersonate TitleShield staff, other community members, property professionals, or any public figure.

Personal data sharing

Do not share your own or anyone else's personal information (phone numbers, addresses, financial details) publicly in the community forum.

3. TitleShield's Role in the Community

TitleShield staff monitor the community and respond to questions where appropriate. However, the community is not a customer support channel — for account-specific queries, email hello@titleshieldpro.com.

TitleShield does not provide legal or financial advice in the community forum. Responses from TitleShield staff are informational and educational — they are not professional advice.

4. Enforcement

Posts that violate these guidelines may be removed without notice. Members who repeatedly or seriously violate these guidelines may be warned, temporarily suspended, or permanently removed from the community.

"This community exists to make structured, protected property co-ownership accessible to every Nigerian. Everything that supports that purpose is welcome. Everything that undermines it is not."
